“Upon arriving at the car park I was quickly told where to park my vehicle and issued a collection ticket. Quick transfer time to airport. Once arriving back at car park I was informed on how to retrieve my car key , and it location by the bus driver.”
“Efficient polite service a short 10-15 min trip from the airport highly recommended though reverse parking by the team would be recommended as I had to do about 15 point turn being parked behind a van that was sticking out and an suv but otherwise perfect for the job”
“My car had been scratched by a red vehicle, paint mark and scratches. Photos provided and complaint made with no resolution. Apparently any issues need to be confirmed prior to leaving the site, obviously damage was not visible in complete darkness (4am), evidence provided to APH as soon as we woke and saw the damage in the light. I strongly advise not to use this service!!!!!”
“Seamless service. Car park was easy to find and drop off was prompt. The bus was ready and waiting and it took us about 15 mins to get to the airport. The bus drops you off right outside departures and collects at the same place.
Collection was great, no issues, bus was ready and waiting again. Collected key from the box and was well informed of where the car was parked. Would definitely use again.”
