“Easy to locate, great friendly welcome and clear instructions on how to proceed. Parked car up in arrival area and straight onto the bus. Good transfer time to the airport. The bus arrived in minutes upon return to the airport. When we arrived back at the car park it would have been nice to be greeted as everyone was unsure of how to get their car keys. Once we recovered our keys from a safety deposit box the label had a car park number on it so we proceeded to this only to find our car wasn't there. It was 3.30 am and dark, the lighting wasn't the best and unable to locate the car. We had to walk back to reception only to be told this was an error and the car was in a different place. Finally, we found the car and no issues. Would recommend this car park and we would use it again.”
“Really disappointed by my recent experience of APH Birmingham. When I arrived they couldn't find my booking or process my return label as they said the Wi-Fi was not working well. So when I returned I had to find an employee to process the label so I could retrieve my car. The buses we went on to and from the airport were packed to capacity and my family had to stand amongst our suitcases on both journeys hanging on for dear life. Surely more buses should be laid on to prevent this sort of situation happening. I'm due to use the site again in October this year. If we experience the same issues then I shall have to consider using a different car park in the future which is sad as I have used APH for many years and always been impressed by the service it provides”
