“Wouldn't use again, not the usual APH we have used previously.
Very small parking spaces and my £1 coin for shopping trolley was not in car on return journey, obviously not trustworthy.”
“When we got back on Thursday night at 10 PM we were allocated our keys in C 36 went around looking for our car but there was no C36 so had to go looking in the dark for our car we found it after a while in B half way up the line we were a bit disappointed but all in all was a good service”
“Absolutely brilliant. I love the way you get back at the early hours of the morning, scan your ticket and a little box alerts you to your key and where your car is parked. Also a big shout out to the drivers who are so friendly and helpful even at that time of the morning.”
“The process of dropping your car off and getting the bus to the airport is good but coming back is not!
3 air parks/APH buses came to the stop we were told to wait at but we weren’t allowed to get on these and were told to wait. Ended up waiting quite a while in the cold and rain along with a queue of other people in the same situation.
Nobody in that queue knew which bus to get on and nobody’s ticket had any info as to which bus.
Surely Airparks track flights and know when and how many customers need collecting??

“Easy to use. I liked the idea of picking the keys up from security boxes. Also picking the car up from a convenient position.
The site has obviously undergone changes. Much improved in my opinion.
