The system works well. My only problem when returning recently, in the small hours of the morning, was that there had been a frost, and the glass was frozen over. On previous similar occasions, at Hams Hall, I got the impression the the vehicle had been prepared for our return. Fortunately I had a de-iced spray available

When I arrived to leave my car I was greeted by a person who took my keys and gave me a ticket to catch the bus on my return this was ok. On my return, I and another couple tried to board the bus but we were told this bus was going to Macadown Road, which is where the car park is, and it was only blue tickets on this bus we had white ones and needed to wait for the next bus. When we were dropped off there was nobody to give me my car key and tell me where the car was fortunately, the bus driver told me I needed to scan the bar code on the ticket but I still had problems, I again was helped by the bus driver, please thank him. I was not told when I first arrived about the colored tickets or that I needed that ticket bar code to obtain my car key. I can't be the only person who has these problems and it would be less confusing if on return a member of staff handed the keys to us, technology sometimes goes one step too far and is confusing, not helpful. Also, my wife is disabled and we had a wheelchair in a storage bag which is heavy and awkward to carry any distance it would be very helpful if we were able to drive to the bus stop to load the car.

I would recommend APH B'ham. The parking reception and recovery of our car on return went smoothly. My only criticism is the location of the site and the accessibility by bus to the airport. The Route and time taken is much longer than it used to be from your former Hams Hall site, when journey times were only about 15 minutes, and the route was mainly on uncontested main roads. The time taken from Marston Green and back was over 30 minutes, much of the route through quite narrow, residential roads. Would it not be better via the A45 through Sheldon?

Use the Mackadown Lane Unit regularly when flying from Birmingham Airport and find the staff very helpful and friendly.

Drop off and pick up pretty seamless. Location inconvenient for anyone north of Brum. Closure of Hams Hall a disaster so likely to use EMA in future

No hassle parking. Perfectly organised. Very friendly helpful staff. Updating process all the time. If people just take notice of what is said no problems at all. Just a short journey to airport on the bus. Always park here
