“Cheaper than onsite parking but the buses don't run regularly enough at night
We waited over 30.mins despite being told they ran every 20 mins.
Also don't lose your ticket. We didn't realise we would need it to scan to get our car key back. No one told us that, and we subsequently lost it. Thankfully the man at the desk was extremely helpful and got us a new ticket.”
“After doing a comparison of places to park for Birmingham airport APH were one of the cheapest and having used them at other airports I felt confident booking with them.
However, I feel there were a few things which could be improved:
1. On arrival it was not very clear where to leave the car
2. The checking in machine didn`t recognise our booking
3. We had to wait over 30mins for the bus to collect us on our return
4. The driver on the return journey was bordering on reckless and not very helpful when asked a question”
