“Very helpful driver and speedy service, despite a car crash blocking road. Only issue is chaotic pick up where blue and white tickets struggle to identify correct bus.”
“Staff members in drop off were sooo helpful my daughter had been sick and one man got me a bag for her clothes couldn’t actually believe how helpful he was. Driver on bus back was also super nice. Downside was the wait for the bus in the cold apparently you had some issues we were only waiting about 20 mins so not awful people who were there before us had waited over an hour”
“Very smooth process. We were greeted by a colleague who explained the system. As the bus drove off I could see him videoing the car to record its condition. Return process was a bit confusing, the buses are quite plain but serve multiple sites. On arrival at the car park on our return, keys are in collection boxes. Just scan your bar code and a little drawer opens with your car keys and the location is shown on screen. A very quick get away.”
“The pre-drop off booking and admin was very good and the actual drop off was excellent. The chap that met us could not have been better, even putting our cases on the transfer coach. No delays at all.
The pick up was not so good and delayed us getting away from the car park. We got our keys, found the car, but it was impossible to get into the car as it was parked so close to next car I couldn’t fit a rizla paper between. The car the other side was reversed in and again so close we couldn’t open the door to climb through passenger side. Eventually the owner came and drove the car away and I climbed through passenger side. As a pensioner and not as flexible as I was, this wasn’t easy.
I would still recommend this service as everything was very good other than lack of gumption by one person”
“Excellent communication from start to finish explaining what to do when we arrived, came back to pouring rain bus full on the way back driver helped with suitcases which we very much appreciated”
