“Difficulty of getting to site due to HS2 works in surrounding area.
Had to wait over 20 minutes for bus to airport.
Not the same since moved from Hams Hall.”
“Waiting 35 minutes for pick ups on way back No help with luggage Total confusion about keys as bar code not working May go back to using Manchester as far superior device or park at Birmingham Airport”
“Previously, we have used APH Manchester and in comparison, Birmingham was dreadful. On arrival, there were no clear directions were to go and no clear advice in the new drop and go. Also, once we were directed to park, I was asked to move the car again!
On return, I was dreadful. We called the telephone number on the ticket to find it twas the number for Gatwick. However, we found the stand quickly and had 2 buses turn up, both of which said we had the wrong ticket (the attitude was pretty bad).
After waiting for over half an hour in freezing temperatures, the third bus turned up however, the driver didn't help upwith the bags (as they do in Manchester). Will be looking for another provider for our next holiday in May 2024.”
“We’ve often used this but for some reason we find the pick up wait at the airport is too long 40 minutes this time. We will continue to use APH Gatwick but not Birmingham”
