“Excellent service from the moment we arrived through to our return. We now have to leave our keys and they park you up with APH. But that’s fine and instructions to find your car are great. We used to park ourselves but that was often then difficult to remember where you had parked. Leaving your keys they tell you where the car is!”
“We returned on 3rd December 2023 and waited 55minutes for the shuttle bus from Birmingham Airport! The price you charge and the service you give is totally unacceptable. You state a frequency of 25 minutes but we have waited double , the last 2 times we have used APH and had to wait longer than the 25 minutes, you need to sort this , very angry waiting in the pouring rain .reg JKZ 1608 We have used APH 28 times, at the start the service was good and reasonably priced but how things have changed! And not for the better ! We find ourselves looking for an alternative now for fear of being let down again.”
“The return pick up was confusing. The bus didn’t have the same company name on as the booking and the driver of the first one said it was for blue tickets only which meant confusion as many people including us tried to get on a bus which was not for them. Greater clarity on the communications and on the bus itself would make a far better experience and should be simple to achieve.”
“The written directions didn't make sense to us but our satnav took us straight to the car park. It was quick to park and drop off the key. We had to wait 25 minutes for a bus as we'd just missed one. It would have been much better if the previous bus had waited just another minute for us as we had to wait in a cold and uncomfortable shelter. The drive to and from the airport went smoothly. When getting the bus back to the car park, we went to the bus stop where we'd been dropped off (Bus stop A) but the first bus that came wasn't the right one. The next one was the right bus. After collecting our car key from the locker machine, we weren't sure which barcode we were supposed to scan but the barrier raised for us ok afterwards to leave the car park. Now we know how it works, we would use APH Drop & Go Birmingham again.”
