“I have used APH for airport parking for more years than I care to remember. As a past user you get a loyalty discount. Their operation is efficient, reliable and very good value for money. Just used the B'ham airport parking at Mackadown Lane. Dropped the car off and took the shuttle bus to the airport terminal. Returned on the bus, retrieved my keys and away. Bus is not as frequent as it used to be but considering the price is acceptable. Will definitely keep using APH for my airport parking. They are friendly, reliable and I trust them with my car.”

The pick up at the airport was not. A very large group was waiting to be picked up and some waited over 45 mins. There were a lot of disappointed customers.”
“Nearly 3 bus loads of people waiting to be collected from the airport - surely you know from our booking info how many people there will be in your car parks and what time they need collecting - we landed approx 11.15 and got to our car approx 1pm”
“Due to roadworks we had quite alot of difficulty finding to park and it isn't very well sign posted. Staff were welcoming and quickly gave us a ticket. It was not explained to us however that the colour of the ticket determined which bus you got back. We had a flight delay and so was going to be over the parking time specified on our booking. However, we had rung the office and explained the situation and they were fine. One bus came to the bus stop we had been designated, but told we had to wait for the bus for our particular coloured ticket. Thankfully it wasn't too long after that and the driver was welcoming and helped us with our luggage both getting on and off the bus. On arrival back at the park the driver showed us how to retrieve the keys. The experience of using the park was so easy and the staff very helpful, however more signage before getting to the park would have been helpful and better positioning of the sign at the park would be beneficial.”
