“We used the new APH car parking site for the first time since it's move from ham's hall near Birmingham airport, we were met as we entered the site by a friendly staff member who told us where to leave the car,then took the car keys from us,we were told how to get out of the car park on our return using the barcode ticket he had given us but unfortunately wasn't told how to retrieve the car keys, eventually other people collecting their own cars showed me the computer screen and how to use it, I thought it was the same as ham,s hall old system, apart from that a very good service and will use and recommend again”
