“We have been using the Airparks car at Birmingham Mackadown Lane for over 20 years and I been happy with the service they provide until this time.
On our return to Birmingham Airport we got to the bus stop at midnight and we had just missed the bus to the carpark we was told there would be another bus in 25 minutes we unable to contact the carpark as as no-one answered the phone and the was a message a bus service is every 25 minutes.
The Airparks express bus driver got on his radio for us and he was told the driver is on his break at 0100hrs the bus finally turned are waiting an hour we cold and tired on a February night.
I think I will be looking for a different carpark
if my return flight is a late night one I will using a different carpark”
“Staff polite and courteous, vehicle left and straight on a bus to the airport upon arrival and only a short 10 transfer. Upon arriving back short wait for the bus before the transfer back to APH where I scanned my ticket, recovered my car keys from a deposit box and was on my way home within minutes.”
“First visit to to this site, check in easy. Bus journey not to long (bus driver very helpful). After 2 hour flight delay back to UK Pick up at airport ok, bus driver helpful explaining key pick up (first time using this key lock facility). No doubt I shall be using APH Drop & Go again”
