“This was the worse APH experience I have had in many years of using them.
1. Updated the registration on my booking on 16th Feb. On arrival at BHam drop and go on 28th Feb my vehicle was not recognised as the system on site had not been updated. Luckily I had an APH printout!
2. On return to BHam airport the bus stop was out of commission and we had to walk all the way back through the terminal, onto the monorail into the main station and wait for the bus there. We waited 25 minutes. They told us this had been planned for 2 weeks so they could have informed us before we left. That would have been easier but if I had known about the long walk I would not have booked it.
The Airparks staff all portrayed a dim view of APH. Not good for customers to listen to”
