“Due to illness had to cancel but APH refused to refund booking cost. It seems they have no concern apart from taking money. I have used ther service for a number of years but this has totally soured my opinion of them.

“First time using APH at BHX. Instructions were all fairly comprehensive and easy to follow, however had quite a wait at 6p.m. on return for the correct return shuttle bus. We weren't made aware that there are white tickets and blue tickets, and you need to make sure you have the right bus to return to the car park at Mackadown.”
“I had left the flight details and passports behind at home.Fortunatly our nieghbour had a key to feed our cat.We met him back at Bassets pole island.We arrived back at APH around 9.00 our flight was 10.25.The next bus wasn't due in for 10-15 minutes.Check in closed at 9.30.An APH employee took us to the airport in a pool car.By the time we checked in and went through security we had less than 10 minutes to get to gate 16.Without this guys help we would never have made it.We couldn't thank him enough.”
