“The parking and facilities in Coleshill are very good, no issues with checking in and picking car up. The only thing that let's this car park down is the pick up from the airport. You are told to stand at bus shelter 'A' and wait for your bus, however you are in a queue with yellow and blue ticket holders whilst yours is white, when you are at the front of the queue a bus turns up behind another and guess what you are then at the back of the queue and have to fight your way to get to that bus. Thank goodness it wasn't raining as the shelter is so small and not big enough to shelter passengers for 3 buses. There is no facility to track your bus so it's a 'free for all' when one arrives not knowing if it's yours or not and the drivers having to shout what colour ticket they are picking up. Surely some better organisation is needed and a member of staff to be there at bus stop A other than the bus driver, have a sign with bus tracking.”
