“Amazing and organised staff at Macadown Lane APH. 3rd time using APH. Didn't have to wait too long for the service bus. The gentleman who picked us up at Birmingham Airport on 03/04/2024 at around 18:30 in the service bus was very polite, friendly and pleasant. He showed us how to use the key collection machine and went out of his way to be kind and provide an excellent service. Thank you. We will book again. We will continue to be using APH.
The only negative I can think they could improve would be to make it clearer which service bus to get on for the return journey as there is more than one APH bus that uses bus stand A and you never know which one to use, although it does say on the bus Macadown Lane but when you haven't used APH in around 9 months between each use you never know if there has been changes. Many people we saw had to ask the driver of buses if it was the right one and told no it will be arriving soon, so that could be something to improve on.”
“This was the most easiest way to drive to the airport , this was our first experience with driving ourselves, as we normally take a taxi. The process was so easy and everything was done for us by APH , and on our return from holiday it was so easy to collect our car , no hassle at all ,APH picked us up from the airport and all we needed to do was scan our ticket and we got our car keys , so easy and quick we were on our way home within minutes of being dropped off by the bus ,i will and i have recomended APH already to friends and family. Thank you to APH for making our first experience a good one , keep up the good work”
