“Arrived in the afternoon drop car off, arrived back early hours week later, Car keys in box with parking zone where to find car. Didn't wait long for transfer bus both to & from airport only issue ticket to exit wouldn't lift barriers but a member of the staff was soon on hand to help”

“Quick and easy to use. However, it would be beneficial to have a count down to show how long the wait will be for the next bus transfer.
Also on the way back it would be helpful if the buses indicated if they were ‘yellow, blue or white tickets’ from the outside or if the drivers verbalised this.”
