“On arrival back at the airport I asked a bus driver if he was going to my car park as I know there is more than one he was so rude obviously had no customer skills.

“The service is excellent and cannot fault it. I am a regular customer of APH and so far I have not had any cause of concern although I would like to mention that when we boarded the bus on our return journey from Birmingham airport, the bus driver saw that my husband who is on crutches was struggling in heavy rain to load our suitcases onto the bus, he turned a blind eye to it and did not even offer to help. We have experienced other bus drivers to help us.”
