“Once again a simple and effective process. Park car, leave keys and wait for the transfer bus. Arrived within 15 minutes for a similar transfer time to the airport. On return to Birmingham, go to bus stop A, the drop off point on departure. On return to the car park, scan your ticket at the machine and open a box containing your car key and telling you where your car is parked. Ticket also opens the barrier to exit car park. Will 100% use again.”
“Fantastic experience. Simple drop off and convenient key collection from a drop box. Attached to the key is a tag with the location of your car so it's very easy to find. Especially at 2 am. The transfer is easy to find and regular. Would definitely recommend and for sure would use again”
