“Outbound journey was very efficient and smooth. We parked quickly after being greeted by staff and being told where to park. We were on a transfer bus within 5 mins and on the way to the airport. The return journey was a totally different experience. We waited at the pick up point for over 45 mins for a bus to arrive ( not the advertised frequent service) not what you want after a long flight.”
“Fantastic service from phone to parking very secure carpark. Bus pick up at Birmingham Airport was a bit difficult as different colour ticket alot of people had white when should be blue a bit confusing.”
“Did not realise there was different coloured tickets, spent ages waiting for a bus that would take us back to our car. We had white tickets and 3 buses arrived, taking blue and yellow tickets before a bus to take white tickets arrived. Why not just send the buses to take any ticket, filling each bus.”

“Could not be a simpler process, hand keys to rep on arrival. Collect keys from automatic lockers on return with a tag showing where car is parked. A brilliant system.”
