“We came to collect our keys at 2am. We did not leave until 3am as the machine had broken and no one knew how to fix it. Finally someone came, pressed the reset button and it was working. Please can ALL staff members be trained in how to do this incase it happens again?”
“Arrival was as seamless as ever as we've been using APH Birmingham for a number of years. Cars are photographed upon check in to nullify any false claims. All in all very professional and inspires confidence.
On the return at around midday it was much busier but made all the more easy by Simon Nicholls who was exemplary in organising things in a friendly, humorous albeit professional manner. Can't fault it.”
“Entry and handing the car over went without a problem, however, on return the collection from the airport was good but on arrival the electronic key box wasnt working so we could not access the car keys. The overide keys had been locked in a safe and the manager who could access it was at another site. She arrived within 15 minutes and could not solve the problem. They then called someone who could fix it and when he turned up had to phone someone else for guidance before it finally worked. Total time left standing around was just under 90 mins, not fun at 01.45 in the morning with two under 10 children”
