“Found it fine then was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who immediately swapped my key for a receipt and we were good to go. When we came back the bus driver was really friendly and helpful too which was great after a seriously long journey home with kids. He then walked me through the key collection procedure with me without me having to ask. Genuinely impressed with the service from start to finish.”
