“Normally good. But whilst drop and go drop off was quick and efficient we had a problem on return.
We could not pickup our keys due to the machine not working despite several efforts by staff. Eventually help from a remote source on phone meant it was operational again, but a 20 minute delay!
Staff were great though!”
“My car developed a problem on the way to the car park resulting in having to be recovered by the AA in order to get us home. I explained this to the APH staff on arrival and told them we had up to a 3 hour wait for the recovery, the time was approx 1 O'Clock in the morning and it was cold. The staff could't have been more kinder and helpful, getting us chairs and making ua a hot drink while we waited and generally beeing attentive at all times to make sure we were as comfortable as we could.
