“On return to Birmingham the bus was late and when it turned up the amount of people and cases was outrages expecting to get on the bus , after a conersation with another driver from the coach behind the driver was told to get more people on the bus of which he was not happy with.
When picking up the car they were parked so tight togeter that i strugled to get out of the parking spot. When trying to scan my barcode it would not work so pressed the button to get out.
I have used aph many times and this was not the normal service that i have receved previousley.”
