“Very satisfied with the helpfull and efficient service we received from the staff there. Transfer bus service was good but one bus came which posted "blue" ticket holders only, then departed with just 3 people on board while a dozen other people had to wait in the cold for next bus.
Finally the price which is increasing every time we use APH is getting out of hand even with loyalty discount we received. I know you would say its market forces that dictate the price, but for fairly regular customers there should be a bigger discount, we have been using APH Birmingham since it was at Hamms Hall.
Can't understand why the price for self park is greater than drop & go ?”
“When APH was located at its Coleshill site the park and go would have been rated 100% and rated at the highest level from myself.
HOWEVER since APH relocating to Air parks the service has deteriated 100% and I personally would not recommend APH parking to anyone flying from Birmingham Airport, The reasons. Before at Coleshill you dropped you car at reception and it was parked.
On return you car was waiting for you at reception for you to go. ( excellent service).
Now you drop you car at reception a member from Airparks takes you keys and you get ticket (take a photo of this!) Before getting on the transfer bus. (All good.
But on your return you collect you keys from a box drop. With a location number on it, you then have to go and find your car draging all you luggage over a hardcore bombsite that could be a good distance from reception. Oh and if you have mislaid the ticket / bar code you where given it turns into a nightmare, because with the one only staff we had seen on site checking in car's you are left standing.
And don't forget you are paying extra for this service.
