“Have used previously and now appears using an area with a much better hard surface. No more walking through dust or puddles of water. Prompt service on arrival and bus already waiting. Drop off as expected within 10 minutes at the terminal.
Arrived back at the airport at 1.00am to join a small queue at the bus stop. No-one was sure that the bus was going to arrive and so (as advised) I called the help number to get an update. This was unfortunately not of much help, as it was an automated service advising how to find the car park if you were lost and then reported that the car park was too busy to answer the phone. I tried another two times but with the same result. However the bus did turn up about 10 minutes later, but without any identification or logo on the side. Had to check with the driver that it was the right bus. Had there been prompt answering of the phone and appropriate identification on the bus I would have given 5 stars.”
“Opposite the Premier Inn, easy to find, and shuttle bus ready and waiting for the few minute transfer to the airport. On the way back, quick phone call the bus turned up after a few minutes. Good price, especially as the transfer is only a few minutes.”

“The promo film leads one to believe that you are guided to a parking spot - you are not.
There are actual 2 carparks beside eachother neither are clearly indicating their name.
After I parked up I was wondering how my car would look after several days - and indeed it was completely covered in dust. The reason for the low mark is because 2 times the Pendle bus drove off just before I reached it; first-time early morning when I had to go to the airport and it was windy and cold - 10 more steps to go but the driver - who clearly must have seen me - decided to drive off. On my return, I was running to catch the bus and waved and the driver saw me but decided to let me wait again; not impressed at all.
The other Airparks driver was kind enough to explain that I needed the other bus and had to wait to return to my car.”
