“The car park is in a poor state many pot holes very difficult to move suit cases from car to bus terminal. The bus drivers are no where near as helpful as the APH drivers were, in-fact not helpful at all! My husband helped a less able lady in a scooter as the driver couldn’t be bother to get if his backside…”
“Most of the process was smooth, generally friendly staff. Parking directions at the carpark were a little non specific. The transport to and from the airport was good. The need to keep a little card to get out seemed a bit archaic.”
“We have used this car park for several tears and have always felt that our car would be safe left here. Transfers are regular, reasonably clean and most of the drivers help with luggage as we are disabled.”
“I’m sorry to give only 3 stars today but unfortunately it was only for the driver of the pick up bus - he didn’t scan anyone’s ticket he didn’t help anyone with their luggage and one old lady had surgery whilst away on holiday and he also drove off whilst people were still loading their luggage- but everything else was ok”
