The system had changed since we last used it, and the area in which I was directed to self-park was very badly lit (it was 4am). There were only a couple of parking spaces available at the very bottom of a lane and it was extremely difficult to get the car parked because of the tight space and very poor lighting. This was certainly not as positive an experience as on previous visits (of which there have been many), and I would need to look at alternative options in the future.

Fantastic service, the shuttle bus driver went above and beyond to help people .Second time I have used this and would definitely use it again .

Parking was fine... all good, but I was a bit miffed- when I was asked for my keys, I apologised and said the car was a bit dirty as I hadn't had time to clean it and my dog had left footprints in it and I told the chap I had plastic covers he could sit on, so he didn't get his trousers dirty. He told me they offered a cleaning service, which I booked and paid for. When I returned after my holiday they had cleaned the outside only, when I questioned it, I was told I had only paid for the bronze service. I would never have booked an external wash only, it was the inside that needed to be cleaned...... It maybe was a communication issue, but it was only booked after the conversation about how dusty the inside is due to the dog, waste of money, was annoyed and it was 2am, so just wanted to get home (in the dirty, dusty car)

The car park was easy to find, simple booking in procedure, the car was fine when we came to pick it up, no damage or anything. If l had one gripe it would be that on arrival we were directed to row F to park, but all the spaces in that row were full, so after driving around the car park twice we ended up parking in row D. It was a minor thing but our parking there probably caused someone else to have the same problem. We will definetly be using this car park in the future.

no problems at all with the car park, Easy, reliable and fast service, was able to park closer as well with the pram. Side note - We did accidentally loose our ticket but was able to show the bus driver the confirmation, he advised yep no problems just let the guys on the barrier know... however the guy on the barrier was not as accepting and couldn’t stop with his sarcastic comments, think he was just jealous that we’d been on holiday whilst he was pretending to be PC plod on his car park. In summary, don’t loose your ticket like us and then you won’t have to deal with any grumpy high Vis warriors!
