“Staff were prompt, friendly and helpful and the carpark felt safe and secure. Also, once at the car following our return it was very easy to get out and be on your way home. I did also like you got to keep your keys to avoid having to queue to get them back.
Slight negatives were the carpark not tarmacked so my car was extremely dirty/dusty when I returned (i had recently washed it). This also made wheeling the cases to the car more difficult as the surface was not flat. Finally, we did just miss the transfer bus when getting to and coming back from the airport. This added 40 minutes to our journey time as it was 25 minutes for another bus to turn up and approx 15 minutes to airport and vice versa. I appreciate this is down to a bit of bad luck but at 3am when going on holiday, and when returning back home, it didn't add to the enjoyment of the journey. However, overall I was satisfied and would use the service again in future.”
“Over the years I have used the Airparks 3/4 times per year on average, and the check-in personnel and Bus drivers, have gone from: the Very Rude to the Excellent, (passing through the Indifferent).
I am delighted to say that the Bus Driver, working at about 10.30/11.00pm Monday night June 26th, was absolutely Brilliant! Helping 2 Ladies with their heavy Luggage and making sure that passengers returning to the Park, were OK, (even suggesting to drivers to approach the Barrier very slow, so the Camera would be able to read the Car registration!). Chapeau to Him! I am sorry did not take his name!”
“Fast transit from the secure parking to the airport, then on return to the UK simply go to the pickup point to get the bus back to the secure parking area to get your car
