Dropped off car no problem in early hours of morning. Had filled up the car with petrol the day before we arrived at airport. Rang to say we were back from holiday and collected luggage. However the number just kept ringing out. Eventually, some picked up and said the car would be back between 15-20 minutes. At least 30 minutes later, our car arrived at the valet parking place. It seemed chaotic and lots of people didn't know what was going on with their vehicles. Dropped our car off at 5.00am and waited 40 minutes before an attendant spoke to us, despite asking and being told someone would be over shortly the attendants were just chatting amongst themselves. When collecting our car, rang through and was told it would be 10-15 minutes and make sure we are there as there is a 10 minute time limit. After 30 minutes waiting I asked an attendant where our car was, he said he'd make a phone call to check, he then proceeded to go and chat with the other attendants for another 5 minutes before I approached him again before he made the call! No reason why our car took so long! No show of concern or care to help us upon drop off or collection Would not recommmend!
