“Service provided by Maple M&G was fine. They are let down by no clear walking route to the departures terminal that we could find. We had to walk around barriers And cross roads with no clear crossing point. A safe, clearly identified route would complement what Maple M&G do.”
“All good, person was a bit "short" on phone and it was unclear who was representing maple in the valet parking area but drop off and collect all fine after we asked various staff to who to talk to.”
“No organisation what so ever the staff were wondering around like headless chickens, we were told to pull up over in the corner of the carpark and someone would come over to us then there were customers coming in and getting sorted before us one after another we had to go over 4 times and tell the staff, all that's needed is a desk where peoplecan walk up to and queue in order like they do in other airports, to be fair a lot quicker on return but didn't need to show any id or ticket”
