“Easy to find valet parking at airport and prompt handover. However on return at agreed time and having phoned from baggage reclaim we had to wait for 20 minutes for our car to arrive. Thankfully it wasnt raining! It would have been quicker to use a traditional car park”
“Good service offered, however, I’m disabled and it was a little bit too far for me to walk to terminal 1, I honestly thought with it being a meet and greet service I would be leaving my car at the departure entrance and pick it back up at the arrivals entrance. This may have been a misunderstanding on my behalf, however, if you could make this info clearer it would be great. Overall an excellent service and I will recommend.”
“Could not have wished for a better service from Maple Meet and Greet. Driver was at drop off waiting to collect the car and on our return the car was at the vallet parking ready for us. We will use Maple again when using Birmingham Airport.”
