“Maple meet and greet made things very easy for us. Very close to the airport and reasonably priced due to the location being so close to departures/arrivals. We would definitely recommend them.”
“All worked very well except for our return, when we tried to speak to one of staff to ask if he knew were our car was but he just totally ignored us which left a bit of a sour taste but apart from that it all worked well.”
“Excellent service on arrival at Birmingham, staff friendly and efficient. Unfortunately on arrival back we did have to wait 5 mins for our car to arrive which was unfortunate as it was very cold. The member of staff was brusque. When he realised our car wasn’t in the car park he asked me what I was told on the phone and I replied I was told to come straight to the car park. After a couple of minutes he did say he would ring the office but didn’t communicate the outcome of that conversation. Fortunately our car did arrive shortly after. No apology was given”
