“Very pleased with the service. I phoned as required prior to arrival and someone was waiting for me in the parking area. No need to tale a ticket at the barrier number plate recognition is now used. On return the car was ready and waiting for me when I arrived back at the parking area and key handed over immediately. Will use this s e rvice again. Much more convenient than car park 5.”
“I've used Maple a couple of times recently, they are very efficient and quick. But, what I don't like is the limited time to pick your car up, I had to check my tyre pressures and a friend helped me so not sure yet whether or not we'll get stuck with a parking fine. Not withstanding that they are good.”
“We decided to use the Meet and Greet parking at Birmingham airport due to a need to get home quickly on arrival late at night back to the airport. We duly did what Maple Parking advised in terms of calling once picking up our luggage at the airport and were advised that it would be 20 minutes wait.
It took 35 minutes for our car to be returned which cancelled out the premium paid for valet parking. I tried to address this with the car parking attendant who blamed other customers on calling and not turning up. Not sure what his point was here. Not a reliable service if you want speed on arrival.”
