“The entrance to the parking is extremely misleading. A No Entry sign at the entrance caused confusion, forcing us to drive around multiple times looking for the correct way in. When we contacted the parking team for assistance, they misdirected us to a neighboring parking lot, where we were charged £10 just for mistakenly entering.
This was not our fault, but rather due to poor signage and incorrect guidance from staff. The entire experience was frustrating and unnecessarily costly. We believe we should be reimbursed for the additional charge caused by their mistake. Very disappointing service.”
