“Was a good experience but when we returned we were told initially it was a 15minute wait but when we got our bags and called we were told atleast 20-25minutes wait and it was raining. Also when we got the car back it really stunk as if the driver had just been to the toilet. Not nice to come back to a smelly car…”
“The lovely man who met us on arrival was an absolute delight, bless him. No complaints with anyone we met. A really fab service that is very useful for anyone with mobility issues, not able to walk distances or stand still for any length of time.

“Used before and always OK, dropping off fine, but return was bad. Rang as requested after collecting baggage, 12 28 at night, advised twenty minutes,for a meet and greet, it was actually 12.56 when car turned up. As no facilities or shelter I will avoid in winter or with children as 28 minutes is too long for a meet and greet”
“Terrible service. Rang on landing as requested and then got to the pick up pint and had to wait for over 20 mins for my car to arrive. No information giving and staff were unhelpful. Also the pick up point is further than the 5 mins advertised, has no baggage trolleys and is too small for the service offered.”
