“Arrived had to wait several minutes to get someone to assist with taking my keys. On my return I phoned to say I had arrived and was then told my car wouldn’t be ready for 20 minutes. Only to get there and be told I only had four minutes to exit the car park.”
“Very speedy arrival. On return a rather surly gentleman told us our car had been ‘taken for a spin’ as we were over 10 mins. We are in our 70’s and walked straight to the car so were not much over 10 mins. Thought this was not acceptable.”
