“The directions and instructions were helpful and the drop off/collection precefures were smooth. However when I collected my car it was absolutely covered in thick dust or sand. I don't know where they'd parked it for two weeks but I'd guess it went off site and in a gravel or loose surface car park. Other than that no complaints.”
“On arrival you are left waiting for ages before someone comes and greets you despite quite a few people in maple jackets standing around. The car park is still further away from departures than the other paid car parks. On return the car was dirty and looked like it had been driven in a rally through a muddy forest. Despite being told we’d be fined if we took more than 10 minutes to get to the car park after calling, we still waited over 10 minutes for the car to be dropped off ( freezing at 11.30pm ). Very basic service from pretty surly employees and your car doesn’t feel like it’s been looked after. Poor.”
“Excellent communication via telephone, someone was there to meet us when we initially arrived and on our return someone was waiting to meet us. Excellent service and literally a 2 min walk to departures.”
