“Dropping the car off was not a problem, everything went to plan.
As requested we rang the number on the card we were given on collection of our cases to notify them we'd arrived & was making our way to their meet & greet.
We were told our car would be there in 10 minutes, after arriving at the meet & greet we waited for our car a further 20 minutes!!!! Which arriving in the early hours you don't appreciate- good job it wasn't cold or raining as there is no cover. The drivers do not take pride in your car as the drivers mat was full of dirt/grit on our return. This was definitely not how we left it with them.”

“We had an excellent meet and greet from Maple. We called as directed 15 minutes before arrival; the person who answered was a bit flat in responses but all the details were given. On arrival a space was available and the gentleman who met us was an absolute delight and made the transaction easy.
On return we called after collecting our luggage and our car was waiting for us. The interaction was minimal and we just handed over our ticket and collected our car.
We will definitely use again as it cost us £20 extra than parking ourselves, which was well worth not having the extra stress.”
