On collection hard to identify maple workers or where to collect key. Then when did they say u got 6 minutes to get out of car park! Considering how much it costs no real courtesy shown!”
“We had a bit of a wait on arrival as there was a shift change. Told to wait with the car and nobody came. Had to go and find someone in the end. Saying that, very good service on return.”
“We used them in June and would never use them ever again. On arrival back from our holiday we let them know we had cleared customs, they said just make your way to valet parking to collect your car. Our car wasn't there and eventually after waiting and making 3 phone calls we were told the driver had damaged it getting out of the parking bay. We couldn't believe our eyes when we saw it. The damage was EXTENSIVE. It's had to have repairs to the drivers side back corner, front door, wheel and alloy trim. A complete new wheel arch and new back door. They did admit liability but this was wreckless negligence running into thousands of pounds.
I asked one of thier airport staff if this happened often and he said unfortunately all the time. I think that says it all. Dont go near this company.”
