“Perfect for early or late flights. Very comfortable beds/room. Nice and clean. Great shower. Situated across the road from the airport. It was nice and quiet too, despite being right at the airport. You hear flights but just quietly, didn’t disturb our sleep at all and I’m a light sleeper! Only issue I found is that it’s not immediately obvious how to exit car park 1 on foot to find the main door into the Hilton. Would definitely book again though. Highly recommended.”
“Disappointed. Chose the hotel for proximity to Car Park 5. So we did not have to far to take our luggage and also return a few things to the car on the morning of the flight. We arrived and were told they were overbooked and that we were being moved to the Novotel right next to departures. Might sound good but not if you have pulled your cases from the car park and now have to go to another hotel (if we’d known in advance we would have got the bus to the terminal). Also, when asked if the Novotel restaurant was still open Hilton Garden Inn said ‘yes’ but when we got to the Novotel the restaurant was fully booked with a private function - something the Hilton should have checked using a bit of basic customer service. Not the experience I would have expected from Hilton. We recently changed to using Birmingham as our favoured airport for a few holidays a year. Will not be using the Hilton though”
“It was a brilliant choice to stay at this hotel the night before we travelled. The room was so nicely decorated and comfy with everything you could ask for and a huge comfy bed. The bar was chilled and the food and staff were great. I will definitely stay again.”
“Very easy to get to from car park one. Lovejy clean room with comfy king size bed. Restaurant was great with lots of good choices and handy to have on site. Would definitely recommend and stay again.”
