The only complaint this time of using was that we had received an email to say that there were facilities as of the 1st September 2022 to have the car fully charged on our return. When we arrived and I said I would like to have the car charged for our return, I was informed that this facility was not available until October and that the email should not have been sent. I explained that we now were faced following a 9-hour flight finding somewhere to charge our car.”

“Always a reliable and helpful service. I left my rucksack in the car which had quickly been moved for parking. The staff were immediately on it to retrieve the rucksack for me without delay to taking the shuttle to the terminal.”
“Very slick efficient service we dropped the car off, bus driver helped us with luggage onto bus and took us to the airport. On return texted number it didn’t work ( probably our fault) I rang the number helpful colleague took details and we jumped on bus straight back key waiting and car in space nearby.
Excellent service will use again.”
