“The front facing staff were lovely and the drivers were really helpful and jolly, which is a shame really because they are let down by the twits who actually drive and park your car. I have uaed APH 3 times now and should have learnt my lesson by now. My car came back with three new scratches and scuffs this time from careless parking. Last time I complained nothing was done. It was silly oclock in the morning and I was told to wait several hours before they could look at the issue. I'm sure this was a tactic to dissuade me from making a complaint. Well it worked this time because with a tired family in tow I couldnt wait around to complain. I took video and photos of the damage at APH before i left so it's documented at site. Next time I'll check out some reviews of the other sites available first. Or maybe just get the train. Poor show APH”

“I have used Airparks at Gatwick on several occasions when going on holiday. The site is signposted and easy to find, check in simple and the coaches clean. The drivers were polite and helpful. Coming back was easy, text a number with a code to let them know you have landed, then go to the pick up stop and a coach will be along soon to take you back to collect your car. Good service at a reasonable price.”
