“This car park is several hundred yards from the terminal building but there is a covered walkway for part of the way to protect you from the elements.
The car park may not be suitable for those who are less mobile especially when returning to the car park as there is a slight uphill incline to negotiate.
At my time of visit the area where I parked had a rough stone surface and it was not easy to pull my wheeled suitcase to the access road.
Some signage would be helpful for users to find there way to and from the terminal.”
“I arrived back in the UK I had previously pre-paid £113.00 for my parking before I left the UK on arrival back in the UK when I tried to leave the parking lot I was confronted with a bill of £ 143.00 I had to spend about 15 -20 munites with someone on the intercom to try and get this resolved the only thing I can say if I had not a copy of the booking with me I had no chance of leaving the parking lot but the security chap was very helpful and took over the discussion with the lad on the intercom and confirmed the booking had been paid this was after giving the booking reference several time by myself and he also confirmed the booking was prepaid very disappointed with this and i can see me returning to the parking lot again”
