“The carpark is a ten minute walk to the main terminal building partly under cover from the elements enroute. Not too long a walk going downhill to the terminal but a long incline up from the terminal to the carpark which some could find quite tiring. Another point to note is that you are only allowed to take luggage trolleys about half way to the carpark from the terminal which is not satisfactory.”
“Driving from Inverness, I have not seen any signs leading to APH car park and the only car park it was sign posted, was the one behind the airport that is run by APCOA as I found out when I returned from my holidays. Not being aware that there is more car parks around, I believed that I came to the right place and left my car there. As I live in Inverness, I’m not familiar with this area.
I left my car parked at APCOA believing it’s the one I booked online - APH. I never got contacted by APH Express in regards my absense (I never turned up at your car park) and when I called afterwards to explain the situation, asking for possible refund, it was refused.
I would have wished for someone from APH to at least contact me and ask why my car hasn’t appeared as booked previously. It would have given me the opportunity to ask someone to collect it from other car park and move it to yours.
Any form of contact would have been helpful in that matter.”
“Easy to book, seamless at the barriers and a short mostly covered walk to/from the airport. Only thing that gives a 4 star instead of 5 star review is that some of the car park is not tarred and so makes pulling suitcases a bit awkward.”
