“Location! Location! Very short distance to airport 5 minutes to walk only and very convenient and easy walkway. Car ports are wide enough to exit car without hassles not like in Asda or Tesco. Definitely recommend. Prices could be a bit lower but there is not many car park outside of the airport so no competitors! Hence the car park prices everywhere around Aberdeen airport.”
“How do I differentiate between the service I received from APH and APCOA, difficult because both of you had a part to play when I returned to Aberdeen? Unfortunately I was unaware that there was two separate companies operating the airport parking, ans all web communication media is under the APH logo. So what is my problem, simply I booked my parking fee for express parking but having failed to notice the different location (assumed all managed by APH) I parked in the short stay car park.( both a 5 minute walk to terminal) Result of my error - £53.99 for the Express parking plus a £114.00 fine for the short stay parking = £167.99. A win -win for APH and APCOA. I wonder how many people have made the same mistake, although I doubt you much care”
