“driver of shuttle was excellent, I got a bit worried when trying to leave car park as machine asked me for £60, but after pressing button for assistance it was sorted very quickly and barrier raised”
“All went well in an automated process until trying to leave the car park. The barrier did not raise and the display said I was due to pay £168. However the person on the end of the intercom quickly resolved the problem and allowed us to leave without paying this excess.”
“Easy access and short wait for the bus. Not so good as I had prepaid wanted to charge Me full amount at the exit gate, had to go through all the booking again with call on the gate, Not very automated.”
“WE had to walk to the bus as it showed no signs of coming to us in the car park,
on our return we had to phone twice before the bus showed up,then on trying to leave the car
park it showed us owing more than we paid for parking in the first place, we just had to wait until it got sorted out,no apology, the barrier just lifted. not the best experience for our first time use!
