“Never used APH before, and following directions, we ended up at the car park on the Dyce side which is now closed for the season, but we got back to the long stay car park with little delay (hence a star being knocked off). Your bus drivers were great both in departing and arrival back in Aberdeen, and a special mention to the man on duty at the car park when exiting, as the camera could not pick up my registration plate due to the heavy rain, but the man came out and got soaked to the skin while contacting whoever to get us out!
No problem with recommending you guys to my family and friends when travelling from Aberdeen!”
“Utterly horrendous service. When we were dropped off at the airport we were told on our return to use the phone outside and the bus would pick us up. We did this and waited and waited and no bus despite being told it would be along shortly. Phoned again and told 5 mins. Still no bus. Phoned again and told 2 mins. 30 mins later we were finally picked up! Tired children after a 29 hour journey and 5 cases meant we had to wait for the bus. When we finally got on the bus the driver told us it was a free service and they didn't actually have to pick us up at all!!! There was nothing free about the cost of parking when we booked it!! And certainly no mention of having to make our own way to and from the car park. Terrible company and will never use again and i'd advise anyone else looking for airport parking to look elsewhere too.”
“we paid our parking money up front.the plane had a medical emergency on it which made us about an hour and a half late getting home.the barrier would not let us out without us paying another 95 pounds to get out.we had no option but to pay it as it was half two in the morning.shocking.we have complained but have had no word back as yet.beware dont be late back”
