“I took the doormatback to Sweden with me to my house there so therefore not able to take it back with me to return to you. First time I needed to gently shake off the dirt on the mat it broke in places (including a photograph). I do think a doormat need to be much stronger than that. I have bought another one from you a while back and have had no trouble with that.

“Really disappointed with these mats. They shed excessively. I purchased 6 a few weeks and so far used 3 of them around my business's wooden lodge outside but with a huge wooden overhang so very sheltered. Within days they literally didn't look good at all. My other cheaper mats lasted 4 years and I thought I was purchasing a better quality of mat. I was wrong. Customer Service are dealing with my issue and I will get a full refund. I wouldn't buy these even for inside as they are going to shed whether they are inside or outside.
Appreciate getting a refund but it is such a hassle having to sort it out.
I have to say I love Anorak and have 3 sets of their bedding (for both business and home), lots of their towels (for both business and home), their melanine plates and cups (used lots at our business) all great and can't fault them.
