Hello, Thank you for your feedback. The goods you have received are still from our most recent batch from a few months ago. We order these in thousands to make sure we do not have to get too many deliveries from China in a year. The use of plastic is something we have been looking into for a long time now. We've been one of the first suppliers to pack our deliveries using biodegradable bubble wrap and airbags. We fully understand the importance of reducing the use of single use plastic and have been putting pressure on the manufacturers for a long time now about this because most of the products that we offer, including all the ones you've mentioned, come pre-packed from the manufacturers so these get to us already in their packaging. We are in continuous discussions with the factories in India and China about reducing/ removing the packaging as this change has to come from the source since greenwashing is not something we want to be doing either. Some of our suppliers have already agreed to eliminate and/or reduce the single-use plastic bags so this is something that will be coming through gradually.
