“I ordered the 24cm vase. It came in a box that clearly said 20cm. Despite showing them what I ordered and sending an image of the box I received I was told there was 'some variation' That isn't some variation, that is a different size altogether. As a customer, I certainly don't feel very important to them, I guess I am not”

Hello, Thank you for your review - it is appreciated. I am sorry you feel this way - this was not our intention. The item in question is a natural piece of wood with glass poured over to fit to the wood. The sizes listed for these items are an approximation since it would be very difficult to achieve a precise consistency of size in these hand-made items. The size on the box and the size on the website both say they are an approximation. I am very sorry that the size you received is not to your satisfaction. My colleague has been corresponding with yourself to arrange a collection of said items, however we've not hear back from you to book a day as of yet.
