“These are great little gift boxes however they must be very popular as it is a hit and a miss if they have them in stock, I didn't receive them in my latest order, out of stock, and I do have a lot of broken ones that I keep to use to make up a whole one using the bits and pieces from the damaged ones, when they run out of them. I used to allow my customers to place back orders for them but I had to stop that as they kept changing the date they were expected, so now I use other gift boxes and just get these if and when I can, which is a pity as they were my best seller.”

Hello, Thank you for your message and for your feedback - it is appreciated. the colonial boxes come to us from China and although we order them in their thousands, sometimes we do have gaps in stock due to the long supply chain. As to any damages, if this happens, please do always let us know how many and which are damaged and include some photos. we are always happy to credit or refund in such cases. Kind regards, Urszula
